The Leader

Leadership is a skill that includes the abilities of leading a group of people or a community. A leader has to get respect of people because leading needs to controlling ability. A tyrant and a leader are mostly different things.

A tyrant restricts the right of people for control them easily. Also a tyrant makes people afraid of authority. Like a fascist, a tyrant wants to have all the rights of controlling the community but he is doing this job in an amoral way. He uses his rights or advantages for his personal gains and it is not ethic for humanity.

However, a leader gives rights to people to make them satisfied and happy. People still afraid of power but they also like the government. People need some freedom to be satisfied. In every democratic system, a leader gives citizens some freedoms to make them equal. Also a leader who leads people in morality wins citizens’ confidence easier than a tyrant. He controls public better and develops his country.

A leader devotes himself to his country and his job. Every event that he does can be a problem of his country. So, a leader has to give importance to his country’s problems more than his special problems. Also he has to behave everybody in an equal way.

My leader is an absolute democratic leader, because in the places where democracy rises, the community develops and becomes modern. In every modern country people can live in freedom, affluence, prosperity and ease. They can’t be fully satisfied because in every time and every place somebody will want something more.
